Description

Ferrari 250 GTO ("Gran Turismo Omologato" means "Grand Touring Homologated") was manufactured between 1962-64 in just 39 exemplars. 250 GTO is one of the greatest automobiles of all time. Based on 250 GT SWB chassis was hand-welded tube frame, A-arm front suspension and a live-axle rear end, disc brakes, Borrani wire wheels and five-speed gearbox. Three liter V12 engine from the 250 Testa Rossa assured a fabulous acceleration (0-100 mph in 13.1 s) and speed (254 km/h). In 60's you could buy a 250 GTO for only 18 000$, actuall prices are 1000 times higher - a 250 GTO was sold on 1997 auction for 15 mln $! Mesh by Alain Bouchet, materials by me.

I love those old cars. My dream-car is an old Mustang Mach 1 "1969-71" Excellent render, very realistic! :) Have a nice weekend!

It should be soon available on Cornucopia3D. It was sent there some time ago, but they need to check that everything is OK with the model, so it make take a couple of days.
