Description

The second last in the Africa series.

It's just a pretty flower I have yet to identify and the same applies to the bug. I am of the opinion that the bug is related to the firefly. I invite you to enjoy both for their visual beauty alone despite the fact that they are miniscule links in Mother Nature's intricate web.

There is a an interesting forum event, on how nature sometimes take on human forms - don't miss it!

I dedicate this to Vera because she reminds me of always being where the action is - like the bug!

Wonderful capture of this (yet) unknown bug on the (yet) unknown flower! The variety in nature in Africa is so extended, it's overwhelming to see what's living all over the world! Lovely dedication to Vera! Gorgeous work in great contrastful colors, Piet! :)

Interesting how the bugs coloring would draw and enemy to the rear of the bug and away from it's more vital parts. Fantastic capture.

Wonderful Macro Piet ! I've got no idea about what sort of bugs it is, but he's got the perfect colors for staying on this Flower. Gorgious colors, it's incredible ! For shur the color has a power of attraction incredible. I've got my noose on the screen, lol !!!! Superb done. V
