Description

Okay...... so this one had to be manipulated quite a bit! The sky was totally washed out, so I changed it to a realistic (I hope) blue..... had to smudge the horizon just a bit to make it look more natural (I hope)!!!! I also adjusted the contrast to bring out the wood in the shack a little more and brighten up the forground (I hope)!!! LOL :P This is the same mining area as the other Death Valley Shack #1, in Echo Canyon. Thanks for all the wonderful comments on my last several posts! I appreciate it more then I can say! I'll be posting more Death Valley shots..... just let me know when to stop!!!!! LOL :P Hugs!!!!

You did a great job of the post work! The composition shows a lot of debris in the foreground adding to the impact of the "death valley".

Love this shot!...what stories that old shack could tell! Congrats on LWITG. One minor critique...a really good job of sky replacement but the cracks in the roof (seen through the window at the peak) still show the old sky not the new blue one...easy to fix though.
