Full name is: "New Earth colonized in 3001" After six nucleair wars there was no doubt that Earth was not suitable for life any more so a new planet was colonized. The moon of this planet has been scattered by a giant comet so now there is only an asteroidbelt, from wich mankind harvests resources for new spaceships. Made in Bryce, no postprocessing. The whole scene has more than 5200 objects and 25000000 polygons. I had to upgrade my computer in order to be able to render it! During the making of this scene I learned a lot about multi layered scenes, so now I've got the hang of it I'm making a new one. Featuring 32000 objects and 16 layers. It should be ready at the and of the week. Until then, Have fun with this one! (any comments on this scene are welcome, I'm making a postersize version but there still is time to adjust the original scene to make an even better image)
