Description

Aloooooha! I use to have to chase these Anole all over the yard trying to get a decent shot of these guys. Well spring is here, and these horny little guys are out showing there "Bling, Bling" to any female that will take notice. I counted around 10 of them in one small area, all strutting there stuff...a sure sign spring is here! Now if it were only that easy in the real world! Thanks so much for viewing my previous posts and all the great comments you have left...You guys Rock! Aloha~

How in the world would we ever make it without the continual strutting of the species? Thank God it works that way or we would have no life on earth. He looks pretty positive in his postureing. LOL and Hugs!!!

It almost appears that the leaf has a motion blur with your good DOF. That makes the image have more impact of the way you described it.excellent compo Dave.

Boy oh boy do my cats go nuts when they see these guys. Usually it's because they are sunning themselves on the window ledge while the cat is stuck behind the screen. My son hung one of these guys off his earlobe one time. Little bugger got even with him too. Left little teeth marks behind as it's revenge. Beautiful photo!! {{VOTE}}

This is such a great shot. The little guy looks so serious, but I guess making sure your genes get propogated is as serious as it gets. :-)
