Thank you all. PsychoNaut - this is 3ds max render. I guess similar o even better result could be achieved with P6 (with skin shaders and IBL) but I hate P6 shadows ;-)

This is one of the best things I've seen lately, and there is some excellent, excellent art in this gallery. I love the three dimensional aspect, using the camera depth of field. Just fantastic.
