Fantastic render, but from one Andy to another, i think u should change the colour of the background to something other than the same colour as the alien :)

Well as another Andy I will have to dissagree with the previous comment,I think the background color suits the Alien creature perfectly.Excellent image,perfectly posed character.

As someone who isn't any Andy at all I'd have to say that the background is fine just as it is giving the entire image it's brooding monochromatic feel. :-) - The only minor quibble is the shadow? at the top of the image. - Overall, a very nice portrait shot of something we'd all not like to see in the darkness. :-)
