I bought this island 2 years ago. It rises about 200 ft above the ocean, giving me a great 360 view of nothing but water. One hr by plane to the nearest land. Yep I won that there 250 million dollar lottery. Yoo-Hoo. Had to learn to fly so I could get to the mainland, but I always wanted to fly anyways. I love living out on my island, I love me solitude. More fun than a barrel of monkeys and happier than a pig in the worlds largest mud puddle. Got one of them there fancy wind things for electricity and solar panels with a water system for heat. I also have a generator, just in case. No man is a island, yeah right, I am.! I can do what ever I want out here and no one can say zip about it. I'm not only the owner, I am the Judge, the Sheriff, hell, I'm the President. It doesn't get any better than this. No TV, no radio, no phone service. Screw the telemarketers. Hee Hee. Wow real freedom. Maybe money can't buy love, but a Island,,,, now that's another story. I'm making my once a month run to the mainland for supplies.. Food, books and maybe a CD or two. Man, it be a great life. Yep still on the right heading, funny thing though, when I took off I couldn't a RDF fix so I'm using the old compass. No biggie, soon as I break out of these clouds I should be over Van Nuys airport.
