I think its a fake ... If its not this is by far the very best there is. Why do i think is not real. Because the beard hairs stick out from the face. you can see the hairs sticking out beyond the skin. That means to me that you have to make every hair in 3d. Just check other 3d men face the hairs don't stick out. his eyes have different reflections light reflected in different ways like in real life. But then again it stated postwork in photoshop but what it does not say :} Let me say once again if this is poser your the king. if its fake ... all the comments have 04 01 06 on the date does that ring a bell

IMHO Poser's rendering engine & lighting does not have the capability to pull this off. You would have to do some heavy post work in Photoshop. I think someone is having some April Fools fun with us!
