Description

These are robotic police officers from THX 1138, the superb first movie of George Lucas. I have done them no justice in my tribute image to the movie, so here 's a close look. Technically it has been fun: the geometries were made by me in the lightwave modeler, and I have borrowed something from freestuff items that no longer are available (I think) at CC. like the gloves, the boots. Then I rigged the androids in Poser 6, pose them, exported into Bryce.

Again great tribute to THX1138 classic movie! Where did you find the clothes and the helmet?

to Duo: The helmet was done entirely by me. Easy stuff I must add, the head is of standard P2 male. Other stuff I downloaded from CC, which I believe no longer exist...
