Description

Sup' Everyone.. Been busy with this and that lately so haven't had a chance to get out lately..weather has not been that co-operative either. Sooooooo, here's a shot taken last week, just a reef shot that looked like a little cascading water fall to me..but then again I might be losing it...Here's some numbers for those that are interested in shooting some slow shutter speeds. Shutter Priority, 1/10 @ F22 ISO 200 Canon 24-70 w/polarizing lens, Pattern Metering Mode. At this speed a tripod is a must. Alrighty then...thank you for your many comments on my last post, and I hope we are all enjoying the new features incorporated recently...still the best site around! Aloha!

Perfect.Thanks for the shooting data. Now I can go try this with at least some confidence. Love the way those little tuffs of plant are so clear yet water has the motion.

Honey, you're not losing it. I love this photo. I can almost here the waves in the distance and smell the salt in the air. The sun warms my soul as a pair of sea gulls fly over head. (good imagination, huh?) It's beautiful!!! {{VOTE}}

Wow, another stunning capture from you! Love to see all that water streaming in directions that always are clear to the water itself, as if it always has the knowledge to do so! Impressive work, Dave!

I love the ocean when it's wild, so this photo appeals to me very much. A nice combination of textures, the hard detail of the rock and the softness of the waves. Very nice lighting and well exposed, a very nice shot.
