Description

This is another picture from my visit to Death Valley. Here is a little more info on the Open Air Museum. Icara 1992 http://www.goldwellmuseum.org/index.html Just outside of Rhyolite, Nevada, a spectacular ghost town off the road leading to Death Valley, California, an unlikely group of prominent Belgian artists created a self-described art situation consisting of seven outdoor sculptures that are colossal not only in their scale, but in their placement within the vast upper Mojave desert. CLAAASSSYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!! This is really beautiful Kim!!! The light is perfect, builds up quite a mood for this wooden statue. Its as if someone has crucified Pinocchio and then mutilated him....but not untill they fed him estrogen to get him to grow boobs. #:o/ Have a wonderful Easter my friend!!!!! #:O)
