Description

On Saturday, April 15th I was requested by the self-proclaimed Queen of Narnia to honor her presence at Disneyland, California for her last day at the park. She returned to her kingdom in Narnia today and probably will not return back to Disneyland. I was given special access and photos ops with the Ice Queen all day long in the park and she allowed me to set up shots her her highness. Somemishaps occured during the day, and the occasional freezing of her escorts resulted in some very dramatic photos. I am going to take a pause from all other genres and just focus for a few days on the amazing Ice Queen of Narnia... I will miss her. This shot: One of her escorts relayed to her that I wanted her to stand in a certain spot to capture a photo of her with the Narnia sign over her shoulder. Between meeting with people for a photo, she very epically walked over and slowely looked down at me so I could snap the shot. It came out more amazing than I thought! Camera: Canon EOS 5D (12mp) with Canon 28-105mm USM lens.

The book offers the explanation that the self-proclaimed Queen of Narnia is no human queen at all, but a giantess. You have captured that aspect of her personality quite effectively. Great shot!
