Description

I look at my diary Blink, Rub my eyes Look again. A slow sleepy smile seeps on my face, A huge sigh floats from my lips. No birthday parties, No visits away, No shopping planned, Just a visit to the library. Then peace Blissful Peace. I close the book. "Mom! I need new soccer shoes" "Mommy, please can I have a friend to stay" Big brown eyes plead I grit my teeth and squeeze my eyes shut tight. Not wanting reality to intrude in my dream world. NO!
