Description

I got the little Lafayette Art association new letter they sent out and I looked and saw they printed in black and white two of my photos for sure and this one is on the back. They had 21 photos in all printed on Pyromania[spelled it right this time] The other photos was done by a pro I meet in the L.A.A. I see why he good. He shot people more that I did. I shot how these artist was doing they work. So i guess he coved one base and I cover another base. Pluse he had a $5000 camera. But my $250 camera still got two photos in. I give them all the photos to the L.A.A. and here you see it in color while they see it in b/w. There was over 130 artists and volunteens there givening over 200 middle and high school students exposure to art forms that probable would never see in person. I know some was the first for me and this was the first time I ever been to a big event like this. Over the next few days I will post the bronze casting. Here you see them poreing 2000 degress F. bronze into a cast. i did not crop this photo. It is as it came out of my camera. Davidson Artworks Mary &Ken Davidson WWW.davidsonartworks.com This is they work and I told them I will put they name and webpage up. This is the first time I saw brozen casting. Thanks for everthing.

Cool shot! Well, maybe not exactly cool, lol! I think it's great you donate your work to their association. It helps get the school kids exposed to artistic things, a goal which I hold very high. Good work, Jock!

Congrats to you, I can see why they used this photo. That bronze really looks liquified, almost like colored water. Excellent!

Beautiful man Everything about this phoso and the words you wrote in your comment tell me volums about the beautiful friend I'v made here at Rendo. Also too its good to know that kids some place are getting exposer to the arts. I live in Oklahom USA and people in this part of the states know nothing of the arts what so ever and their children know even less. Love ya for what your doing

Molten bronze has a surface that only premonition can define. Vision comes late. Spilled it has nothing.
