Going further along the Weser river we've reached the primeval forest Sababurg. A forest with many old trees like this is a perfect place where lichens can grow abundantly, like the one you see here. I have been too busy last weeks to perform enough research to discover the species of this lichen but maybe someone of you does recognise this species.
