Westbury Gardens,Long Island,New York "Now folds the lily all her sweetness up, And slips into the bosom of the lake; So fold thyself, my dearest, thou, and slip Into my bosom, and be lost in me." - Lord Alfred Tennyson ***** Hi!I think I have spent almost an entire day going back and forth between this cropped image and the 'full' version.I couldn't make up my mind.But then,I couldn't decide whether to include the text in this one either,lol.So I did the ol' eenie meenie miny mo...and this one got picked,for better or worse.What do you think?Did I mess it up by adding the text?I'd really like to know.I'm so woefully bad at it.LOL. Anyway,if I keep stalling and nit-picking I will never ever reach 100!So,here's...ugh... 97 for ya! ***** Thanks for looking and any comments you may care to leave.They mean a lot to me! Theres just something about water lily's that draw you in and make you take their picture...I have hundreds from our local pond..DOH! This one has great detail and colors...water looks almost plastic in it's consistancy...Good eye here girl! Alooha!

Wonderful colour Marlene - I didn't see any other versions so I don't know how you intended cropping. I like the way the flower glows and radiates warm light in the much cooler background. Looking forward to 98 :)
