Description
Horses imported from poser, the rest is V5i. Minor postwork in photoshop. Tried to paint some realistic water splashes below the horses - didn't turn out exactly like I wanted but at least I tried :)

OOh and AAh ... Nice textures, background and horses excellent, good compo, but aren't bridge's angles a little bit too square (modeling in Vue ?)

Ouch, Jean-Marie, you're pinching directly into the wound. Jepp, the brige's angles are a little too square since I didn't model it in Vue and automatic smoothing at a 60 angle didn't really smooth it (no idea why because the angle is far below 60, probably closer to 20). My only excuse: Putting photorealistic textures correctly onto a boolean model in Vue is a real pain in the ass and I decided that I would take a quicker (and completely unnoticed) road to success. Obviously, I was wrong about the "unnoticed". #o(

You did good there! You followed the rule that less is more - and that was just perfect. Very good also the animal poses and the lensblur for the background.

Wonderful image - excellent composition and fantastic textures! Regarding the bridge's angles, it's not overly noticeable, the eyes are drawn to the horses and the overall beauty and peacefulness of the surrounding scenery (but if you like, you could cheat and create some irregularities in the angles by using the clone tool and the blur tool in photoshop - I cheat a lot myself... :) V
