Description
my first experimentings with HDRI. i think i got realy spectacular results. the one on the top was using an image i found on the internet. the one on the bottom was using an image i made myself. you'd be supprised at how hard it is to find a mirrored ball when you are actualy looking for one. by the way, does anybody know whats wrong with Blender's (or yafrays, i am not sure which it uses) DoF?

Cool! So these are actual .hdr images? I haven't tried using those yet, just normal image backgrounds. Looks good! I'm not sure what you're talking about with the DOF. If you're rendering with yafray, it's using the yafray DoF; I'm not sure blender has it unless you use the compositor.
