As promised, here is the inscription. It should answer a few of the questions, and it will probably raise a few more. :0) BTW William Milner was a wealthy locksmith. If you would look back at the other photos in the series, you may notice that the tower was built in the shape of a barrel of a lock. A nice touch that, I think! ;0)
