Description

The last couple of days we went to a region called Weerribben. It's basically a swamp, but men tried hard to make some money out of it.. with a little help of their friends.. in this case... I think you've guessed that already..... windmills. This is one of them.. I took this picture in the evening, sun already fading and once again a thunder cloud coming up...

This looks to me as very exciting day weatherwise, the Windmill, a wonderous invention, looks as though it is actually a water pump and not a mill of grain...I'd say, it's in Normandy, Brittainy or Belgium, not Danmark, maybe the Netherlands...I like the fobodening skies.....kinda humbling in away... Great capture, I envy your space and time...and wonder as to your gear, to capture the moment... Mange Tak for the share! ernzan
