Not having had the same experience you did, makes it difficult to feel honest when saying I understand, but I have an idea of the trauma involved. May the sun shine upon you and the two kids - good luck and thanks for sharing. Cherish your memories...

Gilly, to tell you I understand would not be the truth, because I don't think I can (as busi said, I haven't experienced it). But, I am so proud of your bravery and wisdom. Facing emotions like this is a huge step and one of personal growth. The tears are a catharsis. May your guardian angel also hold your hand. Hugs...Jodie :0)
