Description

Shooting dandelions with the new camera is a little adventure. How will they look? I discovered that the viewfinder offers a little smaller view on the real picture so I have to get used to that. I don't know what the flies where doing there, but somehow they are attracted to these flowers. Due to the performance problems of RR I have decided to stop posting for a while, until I do not have to spend so much time watching white screens and sandboxes. I am sorry but I'll try to take a look now and then! Canon EOS 30D (ISO 400, f/16.0, 1/100 sec, 50 mm)

This is a beuatiful capture. I am surprised that you could get so close without the flies flying off. Excellent capture! Hope that you dont stay gone too long as I really enjoy viewing your pictures.

Busy flies, Jan-Carel. A bit like RR, obscuring the plant. I had a month during which I could not access the galleries, except to look at links but no piccies. I sent several requests to support until I got a I tried several things, then eventually delved deep ino the settings in my ZONE ALARM firewall, which had ( coincidentally of course ) been updated and set up new defaults. I can now view the galleries, but I must admit that the sites are very slow, except when one is accessing the store, of course. Regards, John.

Great pic! I just discovered the reason for the poor performance is that they are upgrading the site! Particularly next Tuesday! Should be good after that!
