Description

Not exactly what you might have expected when you saw the thumbnail... Well, that's not what I had in mind either, when I was working on it. Strangely, it turned out to be this... :) If you live within the EU, chances are you've started to see the "You control climate change" campaign - an EU initiative to raise awareness about climate change and show Europeans what they can do to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The ad is actually quite good visually, quite striking (you can click here to see it). The poster campaign was launched in Ireland a few days ago and maybe it unconsciously inspired me here... in a way. Many thanks for looking at this image. I hope you like it. :) I also hope you all have a great weekend, enjoy the sun - safely of course! (Sorry, I haven't been able to browse the galleries recently, I didn't get the chance unfortunately. But I will try to catch up in the coming days)

I love the fact that you've included eye-damage to your character. We should all be wearing hats and un-cool sunglasses. Excellent picture!

Awesome render. I like the idea behind this composition. Her skin texture gives a nice realism, and surely a terrific result for the future UV ray exposition ^__^ V

Not come across the campaign yet, but I reckon you should be doing the posters for it!!! Excellent image. Very well comunicated on the dangers of too much sun. Global warming is such a big problem, we all need to do our bit to help reduce it.

I thought it was us creatures of darkness only that are in danger from the sun but looks like you mortal can have quite some problems with it too!! :O Er.... closes blinds... you never know... LOL! Awesome and powerful image - you've achieved a quite gruesome and wicked effect on her, and the lighting further enhances it!! Great work, Sabine!! ;P
