The path over the sun burnt mountains. Mysterious way to see our wandering on earth. Somehow this reminds me of the book I read some time, maybe a year ago, Bruce Chatwin's The Songlines (I warmly recommend if you haven't already read it). Invisible paths that can be found only by traditional songs, by traditional singers, in Australia of course :-) Oh, what a wonderful book - and what a beautiful painting! I love the golden tones and deep shadows. Thank you so much, Cassie! Thanks for creating, thanks for sharing! big hugs :-)

I wish the ebot glitch would get sorted so that more people can get to see this masterpiece! Right from the beginning I knew I was going to love this one in particular. Such vibrant colours, they really engender a synaesthetic association for me, particularly as I've always liked the combination of deep blue with warm yellow/orange. In ways I can almost taste this painting! Love the broken line of the energy vector, to me it suggests the path of the smoke in the breeze but it could almost be that of a stream running down the mountain. Excellent contemporary work my friend, it's such an education watching you work! Thank you so much for creating and sharing hugs xxx

Thanks to that ebot glitch I've only just noticed this one. Although I'm less sure about what to make of it than your last one Cassie, I could spend ages contemplating it. The vector speaks to me of how nature traditionally absorbs and recycles waste, drifting or floating away to "nothingness". It also speaks of the mysterious randomness of nature. Very thought provoking and visually powerful work that satisfies both the eye and the mind...
