Description

Was not sure about posting any of the shots I took out in the rain as tropical storm Alberto was blowing by, but decided to go ahead and post this one. The rain had this dragonfly grounded so that I could photograph him but the extreme overcast conditions and rain made it especially difficult to get a good shot. Thank you for your much appreciated comments on my "Beautiful Perch" series! Hope everyone has a wonderful evening! Wendy

Fantastic macro!!! Looks like a smiling performer. Really holding on with all six feet! Guess he's glad to beat the wind and rain! Neat perseverance on your part. Great capture!
