Description

Our hero, "Red" Balloon (his kids calls him "Pop"), takes a stroll down the street on a hot summer day... No particular reason for this one, other than that the concept made me smile. The modeling is pretty straight-forward for this one, although the construction of the shirt gave me a few conniptions. There's a light dome and a couple of spots to simulate the lighting of the background photo. His face is a quick Photoshop scribble (to emulate a marker pen) that I had intended to replace when I had a moment, but I liked the expression, so I kept it. Everything modeled, textured and rendered in Cinema 4D XL 9.6
