Description

This model is one I made ages ago and have rendered a few times in Bryce. So here's a version of it in Carrara. Wings3d Carrara and no postwork on this one other than a slight sharpen. Thanks for looking.

Ye olde traction engine eh. Nicely done. Needs distressing.

Thats a really cool model, I sort of agree with it needing a bit of distressing/grunging up (especially on the wheels). Put a wind up key in it and at the scale of the floorboards it would make a great toy image.

It is supposed to be a toy image :-( Unlss those are some really really big boards. As for distressing, guess I'll have to differ with the general consensus, but hey, it's my picture, so I win. :-)

Great realism as usual! You are one of the masters at this. Only thing that seems "off" to me is the smoke stack....looks like the AA took a short break there. Outstanding work though!! 5 stars! :) (yeah....I rated it even though you didn't let us!! LMAO!) You rock!

It's perfect as-is, great model and good lighting and texturing. If anything I think another point of interest and or something to further indicate scale or mood even. A fallen paperclip or a penny on the ground somewhere, something to indicate or lead in the direction of a happy toy near the heel of a child or a forgotten one.. It's just a bit elusive for a toy, but that's just how I read it.

You'd have to work your a-- off with faking stuff to get it to look this good in Bryce. But you could. :^)
