Superb image, atmospherically and symbolicly! Together with your question, it is thought provoking. I like the faces in the cloudy sky above the stage, which also fits your statement and title. I think the term "player", in this case, depicts the condition of playing a role. That is a very important question each person has to answer, and determine whether or not a change is in order.
