BIOHi all...welcome to my homepage. Please check out the gallery and I do urge you to investigate some of my favourite artists...in my opinion they are awesome, the best of the best and true inspirations.
I started in Bryce and Poser, but have moved on to Cinema for my 3d work and am developing a serious interest in Matte Painting in Photoshop. My 3d modelling skills are basic in the extreme, and though I admire greatly people such as Rochr and Stonemason I dont seem to be able to develop beyond the beginners stage. These days I tend to concentrate on Photoshop and combining 2d and 3d elements, using Cinema to render out the 3d stuff, and I hope the results speak for themselves.
Cheers, and happy rendering...Ian

I'm really sorry to hear about your crash, a nightmare for an artist. This is a great piece of work, and if this is your old work I can only imagine what you can do. The wide angle is great, and the water very impressive. My compliments!

Ah... You're doing everything right! If this is old work I can only mourn the new work lost! My advice-buy a brand new cheap one!-that has none of the issues/drama from the old one-and just install the apps you actually use on it to make new stuff! Turn the old machine into your render whore, maybe with a new hard drive, and punish It! it's a stupid servant that let you down! Take away its monitor and plug it in in a cold, cold haunted room-and make it just render! With no U.P.S., not even a Surge Protector! umm, maybe this is a psycho review-ha ha-Too much info! But remember this: Computers Are Stupid! Mindless tools that need your Guidance and Wisdom, for they have no purpose without your guiding Hand! Uhhh-O.K. that's more than enough :-)

What an amazing landscape! The composition of this is really well done, and I love those intriguing rock formations. Excellent job! :)

Totally awesome! I can practically feel the damp 60-degree air on my skin. Just beautiful. Only thing wrong with it is that it seems like it's been saved at low JPEG quality because of its huge size. This could be fixed by putting a high-quality version on your website (if you have one) and linking to it in the notes for this.

A wonderful creative piece with a lovely atmosphere. It really is awful when you lose work on your computer but I am looking forward to more postings.

This is just awesome. I really love the wide cinematic cropping, and the lighting is just the perfect thing to bring this fantasy lanscape to life.
