Description

Ok here is the third attempt at "Sinking" (2nd attempt I didn't like the one Mat I used for the attacking ship). The Bruno's Fire mat suggested for the last upload worked out nice. I'm hoping to get some suggestions on how to do the smoke better. Thanks guys, this one did turn out way better than the first one. :)

I agree. This has way more motion and drama. Smoke can be quite tricky as most will react differently to different skies (as most mats I suppose). You asked about bubbles in bryce on your last pic. Just use spheres of different sizes overlapping and at different heights just below the water plane and just above. As long as they aren't completely above the water plane as they would look airbourne. I would use the same mat as the water plane as well. Hope it helps. Well done on this pic. Really great that you took the time to improve your pic. A lot of people wouldn't bother.

Thanks guys. Draculaz, I would credit the creators of the models, but honestly I don't know who the creaters are (I believe the sinking ship I got off the DAZ3D site but I'm not 100% sure). I've got too much stuff and since alot of the freebies I have (excluding items temporarily available for free in the Daz3D store) have been downloaded by a friend, I have no way of keeping track of who made what model or mat files (gets even worse when I try going through my old poser content). Thanks aliensprog, I'll experiment with water bubbles and when I get something there that I'm somewhat satisfied with, I'll post a new one.
