Description


Not a very clear picture of the lava or a'a moving slowly down hill but it does get your adrenaline going. This image was taken at a distance as we didn't know when or where the lava would pop out. Aloha and thank you for viewing

That IS an adrenalin charger! I can only imagine what it must be like in that heat, not know for sure if you were about to step on just a thin crust of rock with molten lava flowing below. Brave photography!

Wow! I think I would err on the side of safety too! Lori and I were recently at some old lava fields here in Oregon, so it gave me some sense of the scope and drama you captured here. I'm sure glad our volcanoes are extinct (for the most part). Be careful out there!
