I don't judge people who do things just to survive...
Sara lives one floor up. Her bedroom is right over mine. I hear the rhythmic indicators of her work.
Sometime I catch Sara at the corner before she has to hit the street. We talk over coffee, I let her use my laptop to check her mail, and sometimes I even show her my gallery stuff - life seems to level out - but then she has to head out or she won't make any money for food let alone rent...
We watch each other.

How we see people as artists determines how we paint them. You images depict reality, but with honesty and respect. You share a softer view in the midst of harshness, maybe because you see the heart more than the bruises. You suceed in revealing the heart to the viewer.
