Description
Inspired by the song written by David Lynch and Angelo Badalamenti from the movie "Blue Velvet" a haunting song' sung by "Julee Cruise".
Many thanks to spacebones for the broken glass' just what i was looking for.

Wow. The depth of this is fantastic. The realism is excellent. The quietude of the rose blossom in the cage is wonderful against the wind-raped rose leaves being blown towards the wonderfully rendered shattered glass. Super lighting, and some great color choices here. Fan-freaking-tastic.

Hey Jim, Blue Velvet was a fave of mine for a long time. Weird and distrubing, left the viewer with lots of emotions. This is beautifully done, especially love the brokine glass effect. Your work is so inspiring. Bravo!!

To think I almost missed this fabulous image. No Ebot for it. Boy would I have been disappointed. Like all your images, this is an amazingly beautiful work. Love the composition and 3 dimensionality that you have achieved with this. Besides being beautiful, it says much. The shattered glass, the heart in a cage, all this in a frame. Just amazing !!
