The march of time
has begun to line
mapping distance between
the sorrows and joys of
my face
And then spots of age
appear without sage
dotting a path on
the landscape of
my hands
Will you?
Still want me?
Or when tags
without bags
mark their journey
on the unlikeliest places of
my torso
Or when bags
without tags
become luggage

Lovely verse Michelle, and cool portrait! Are those poser character reflecting in her eyes? One thing good about old age, our eye sight fails along with are youth, just be sure not to wear your glasses as you walk bt mirrors! True love does not involve beauty! ;)

Beauty may only be skin deep but age goes all the way to the bone.. I know because I can feel my age in my bones already...lol. Wonderful pice of verse here Michele. Who is the lady in the photo?
