Description
Yesterday we went to a Potluck/BBQ at the Milpond Park in Bishop California. It was 107 degrees out and the water was very inviting!!!!! The kids had a great time swinging out into the water and I was taking tons of photos.
This is my step-daughter, Sarah, she's 15 and becoming a beauty!!! I took lots of pics of her and most came out really good, but I really liked the way this one silhouetted her against the sparkles of the pond! No postwork except the frame.

107!!!? I need an ice cube just to think about it! Wow, no wonder the sparkles are so intense. A person could get sunburned from the reflections alone. None the less, I agree with you - this is a truly awesome capture - wonderful shot, and a real keeper. Terrific postwork too.

WHAT!!! 107 In Cali!!! OMG! Thanks god that i left Cali in 2003 :)) And that is why i really left it.. The HEAT!!!! it can melt me tho :)) This is totally amazing capture.. This is a very cool summer image Kim, It turned out very nice!! I had to laugh when you said that the kids were swimming in the lake, cause it has those darn little biting fishes, LOL! I always stay on my raft!! Crazyness!! 8-)
