Description

Every attempt to introduce colour into this design failed on some level. It made me realize that sparrows are just as beautiful as peacocks... even without the flamboyancy. They know it, and they're waiting for us to see it. This is for all the sparrows in the world... :) Thank you all so very, very much for the incredible feedback you guys and gals left under Victorian Wedding Card... It is beautiful in these colours. A fabulous design and the sparrows will love it too. They are such busy little birds.

I think this is Great just the way it is. Your words "sparrows are just as beautiful as peacocks... even without the flamboyancy. They know it, and they're waiting for us to see it" are so true, it takes a rare person to realize that.

I to think it has an antique feel to it. It is marvelous looking! I also agree that sparrows are just as beautiful as peacocks. God gave each creature its own beauty. I would love to think others would take the time to see that. I think they would find wonderous things out there. Well done Helen!

I have always preferred sparrows to peacocks. Maybe because peacocks can be so full of themself (is that the right term?) Sparrows just go their own way, not making a spectacle of themselves, in no need of getting much attention. That sounds like the kind of people I like best ^_^ Lovely image, Helen.

Sure sign of a great fractal if it can be beautiful without relying on lots of different colours. This one has lovely 'movement' which colours might have detracted from.

Sparrows are just modest peacocks ;)I have never run across a law that says that fractals have to have lots of color, so I think you will be safe from the fractal police. Great job...words and art, LM!

Reminds me of that scene from the Disney moving where the birds are tieing on her dress (can't remember which one). Beautiful design and subtlety of colors.
