Lake Buttermere - UK
A glorious day and a beautiful location.
Butteremere is a tiny village in the lake district.There is a superb four mile walk around the lake.
To catch Buttermere this smooth is more luck than judgement but this was the day to capture it.
Buttermere is best captured in the early part of the morning as when the sun moves more to the west the hills just look black.
This is actually a four shot panorama.

When I walked round Lake Buttermere a couple of years ago the weather was decidedly less clement! Nevertheless the walk was enjoyable and I look forward to a repeat, hopefully on a day more like the one in your excellent photograph! Nice stitching by the way.
