Some of you know me as 3D newbie chemicalX here, but I decided to focus my gallery on my new passion in life - photography. I've been dabbling around in photography for a few years now and I've fallen head over heels in love with it. My partner, Shane, got me a Canon EOS 20D for my birthday and started me on a path of obsession! A path that I would like to share through this gallery. The chemicalX gallery will stay up to showcase my 3D stuff and if I do ever get back into it, I'll upload those things there, so keep an eye on that too. I appreciate any feedback I get, so if you have any comments or critique (be it good or bad - as long as it's done in a "civilised" way), please do tell me - it's the only way that I'm going to get better at this. Also, eventhough I don't say thank you to everyone on an individual basis, I do appreciate all the feedback and comments you guys give me. Unfortunately 'rosity makes it quite a mission to say "thanks" to a comment. So just because I don't thank everyone individually, doesn't mean that I am not grateful for all the feedback. Thank you to all of you. If you would like to see more of my stuff, you can check out my gallery on dA. Thanks for stopping by and I hope you enjoy my gallery. Take care, Yak

Pure perfection!!!! You sure picked the perfect shutterspeed for it. Absolutely gorgeous!!! And that big fat frame really adds alot of class to it. Excellent presentation as well as the name you picked for it. Have a great day! #:O)

Fantastic nature shot....especially like the way the water first directs your eye to the right, and then back to the left.

This has to be just about perfectly captured... Fantastic mixture of fuzziness and sharpness in the movement of the water!

Very nice shot, I like the tones.

Very nice image and aptly titled! The softness of the water against the sharp hardness of the rocks really does show the "contrast" between the two, as does the white of the water and the black of the rock.

gorgeous.. and all the good stuff everyone else said!

Wow! Very nice shot indeed! The softness of the water offsets the starkness of the rock beautifully. Well done!
