Description

You can tell she is camera shy by her expression. I shot her wedding on the Schooner Nathaniel Bowditch off the coast of Camden Maine in 2004. 24 of us sailed for a week and had a blast!!This was originally a color photo but I think I like it more in B&W. Have a Blessed evening. Diane

I REALLY like how you did this one.... great use of high-key, but still a lot of contrast and shadows- with no loss of detail. Technically excellent, and also presented & captured just as well! Better transitions between light and dark areas than the other image I critiqued. (see- I'm not always negative! LOL)

This is really lovely. She looks beautiful, and the highkey B&W adds alot of class and elegance to it IMO. Well done indeed! 24 people sailing for a week? That sure does sound like alot of fun. #:O)

Yes she does look camera shy. I love the mood and the BW. This is lovely. I can feel the water sprays from the ocean and smell the sea. lol. Did I ever tell you that Camden is one of my favorite places on the coast ? Has ben 25 years since I have been there but it was so lovely then. Excellent work !!!!

I think B&W definitely brings out the effect of the breeze in her hair. Also, it somehow makes the sunglasses seem more appropriate. A wonderful portrait.

Woow! This is fantastic! You did a great job making it b&w... Love the high contrast here... you've captured her shyness perfectly!
