Description

This picture, as like his "brother" "The Fallen awakes", has quite a sad history, 'cause I've made it, after I was told, that I've got a tumour at the back of my head... The doctors found out that it is the source of my cruel headaches... So - this pic show my emotions after the diagnosis. "And I saw a great flame rising in the sky and heard a rumbling like thunder in the northern hills - and as I looked up I saw that the heaven cried... Fire!" Hope you like it.

The colour and atmosphere is great! Love the effect you are trying to interprete visually. Yes, let you r mind and heart speak visually. I notice that this rendering is better than your other piece. Stay well :)

I'm sorry you're so poorly. But your picture reflects peace and tranquillity, which you were feeling?

@Jilly: Maybe it was some feeling of lonelyness - dont know..."The Tears of Heaven" reflects one of those "you can only watch" expiriences, which I had as the doctor told me. You sit there, it happens and you can do nothing about it. The World in "The Tears of Heaven" gets destroyed by a huge bombardement of "heavenly tears" - you can only watch - nothing gonna stop it. I think that was the feeling...

Goodness! That's awfully stirring! Especially in light of its genesis. Thanks for sharing and best to you in the health department! Next to family, there is nothing more important than one's health.

Thank you all for your nice comments. I'll try to keep healthy enough to generate more pictures - that's a nice way to express the feelings. :)

So incredibly crisp and clear, this is beautiful. :) And I am very sorry to hear about your illness. Words in situations such as this completely escape me. :(

Cool indeed. It seems to me that the bull rushes in the middle are out of proportion - or the rowboat is. But great colors, composition and ideas!
