Description

Today I had the pleasure of watching my good friend Dave aka Punaguy photography in action. He arrived at my house approx. 3:45 am early in the morning and we both headed towards Waipio Valley. The road to the bottom of Waipio Valley is very steep and there is no room for mistakes. The beach was his and hope to see his work soon. Aloha and thank you for viewing ps...Thanks Ilona

Nice, nice, very nice. Yes the lighting and mist/haze is dramatic as is the touch of color in the lower right. Great treatment

Wow! I really like the moody atmosphere of this photo - the mist, the silhouetted trees, and the dark texture added by the rocks. Fabulous light too, and Dave gives scale to the scene. Wonderful work. How nice you guys got together! I'm looking forward to more photos from both of you.

Dang! If I had known the light was this good behind me I would have turned around and shot this!! This is the kind of light I search for in my images and you have captured it so excellently...I love the exposure in this one even though you got me in there...lol Beautifully done my friend, and thanks to you I had such a glorius time there enjoying the scenery and your wonderful company....Hope we can do it again soon... Aloha!

This is totally a mysterious loking shot. Like an enchanted forest,it has everything to imagine that you would see some warrior on a horse coming through the fog.Very very good. Personally I think it might have been more effective without the person there. It is nice to have it for the memory, but for a different take this would be a good background for some of the 3D images I see on the site.
