Description
This is a beautiful little preserve of wild Darlingtonia Californica just north of Florence on the Oregon coast. Popularly known as "Cobra Lillies", these are pitcher type carnivorous plants found in Oregon and Northern California.
The original photo was overbearingly yellow-green, so I juiced it up in LAB mode with multiply layer blending. The brownish dead parts turned this pretty red and blue instead. I'm not sure it's still considered photography at this point so I moved it to the "Mixed Medium" gallery.
