Description
This guy was having a great time muching on the Lupine flowers right beside the trail. He was far too interested in lunch to be alarmed by me taking his picture. All of the marmots I saw on Mt Rainier seemed very fat and happy. It's been a good summer for them. :-)

This picture is over the top of the Cuteness Scale. The little guy is delightful and I love the colors on his tail; I didn't know they had such colorful tails.

Chubby little cheeks, alright. There must be some extra nutrition in flowers. Could it be that we had it right in our youth, Dennis - flower power and all! Terrific capture of the little guy and gorgeous scenery.
