Description

I could say many things here, including 'Self-portrait'. But I guess everyone feels like a corn plant in a bean field at one time or other. There are some, however, who will never fit in, and some of those revel in it! Hurrah for them, I say, Hurrah for them! Thanks for looking! Ken

Hmmmmmm.... you know it took me a lot of years to find the bean field I wanted to stand out in. This is not a good self portrait for me though.... there are two standing out in ours. AIN'T LIFE GRAND BEING DIFFERENT TOGETHER DEARSET.

Hurrah indeed Ken!! Those who swim upstream may have a rough go of it, but they will see and do things the sheep can only dream of!!!

oh my stars! This is too much! I can't say enough about how much I love this. Guess this proves we are both children of the '60s - oops, let the cat out of the bag, huh? Great artistic rendition of life on the edge!

ROTFL!!! I had fields behind me for 18 years. Two years ago they started building houses in the field, but I remember seeing scenes like this one. Always a corn plant popping up in the bean field but the deer seemed to always chew them down. Excellent capture!!

Where would we be without the "one in a thousand" who are different? Keep on doing what you do best, Ken!

I think the best part of this one is the choice of title. I have a lot of respect for that corn stalk.
