But don't they always dress inmates in stripes? He does have the same sour look - yep, I may be small, but I'm TOUGH! Hilarious shot - well done!!!

A chihuahua? Is there anything of the original left? He looks so naked no wonder he had to be dressed. I love animals, especially small dogs, but I hate to see them dressed up. Yuk! And he's such a nice doggie, too.
