Description
Dragonflies live most of their lives ( some up to 3 yrs ) under water in the nymph stage. Some don't live but a few weeks once they make the transition to flight. This is the first husk of a nymph I

Very cool drangon, I mean dragonfly pic. I can say I have never seen one like this bfore. Good thing they dont take off for spelling... LOL. Great capture!

What a great find and shot. I have never seen one of these husks before either untill someone recently posted an image of a dragonfly emerging from one. Great detail in the photo and I really enjoyed the full size view. My thanks to you for sharing it and to your daughter for finding it.
