Description

AloooooHa ya'll! Still chipping away at the HD file by file. I'm up to April now...**big sigh**. If some of you remember I posted some shots from the Merry Monarch hula competition held each year in Hilo, my home town. I have a few that didn't make the cut for that series, so rather than send them to the "Crap your never going to post" bin, I gave them a second chance here. Today you will learn the hawaiian word for "done" or "finished. That word is "Pau". In this image the hula dance has come to and end and the dancers are holding the last pose. The dance is "Pau". Mahalo's for all your supportive comments on my previous stuff, and for putting up with me as I bring back some images from the dead. A peaceful week to all, and don't forget to hug somebody you love! Aloha!

I can't believe you were thinking of scrapping this..........this is beautiful!!! Your series is wonderful and would make a great show!!!!!! I think your going to have to consult us before you scrap anything, cuz clearly you are not in the right frame of mind, much too critical of yourself!!!! Oh.....and show us more please!

From the wonderful softness of the image to the incredible detail still present in the flowers, this is one of the best portrait shots I've had the pleasure of seeing. You've outdone yourself, Dave.
