I am a 30-year old American woman, married to a Portugese man, and we live happily together in Brussels, Belgium. My husband bought me my Canon IXUS 530 for Christmas three years ago, and thus a new hobby was born. Since then, I have also used a Fujifilm S9000, and received my first DSLR camera, a Canon EOS 40D for my 30th birthday.
I have a BA in World Religions and East Asian Studies. My other interests include crochet, role-playing, cats, language studies, poetry, cooking, collecting prayer beads, and so much more. I have found the Renderosity community to be a delightfully warm and helpful group of people. With your continued support, I am learning more every day. Maybe hes just balancing himself while trying to pee with no hands. #:o/ But i like seeing him in the compo cause he sure gives a great sense of scale to that building. Very beautiful shapes in this compo. Im wondering though if it wouldnt look better in monochrome seeing how the sky is kinda washed out. Just a thought. Have a wonderful evening Stefanie! #:O)

An excellent capture.I'm not sure about the sky...film camera or digital? Automatic or completely manual.I've heard when film processing through a film outlet that you should tell developer what part of the world the picture was taken as they adjust the process differently. As for digital camera's they seem to misread the exposure and adjust to the bulk of the image often leaving a bright blue sky whitish or odd hues.Perhaps someone more expert in the field can help you.I love the POV you've taken. p.s where exactly is this place..Paris? :B eaver !

Yes, the colour of the sky is so strange... But it give it a very nice effect. I will look up more often.. Nice picture!

Sometimes I wonder if the camera is trying to capture the foreground so much it difuses the background?? Not always the case, just wondering??? At any rate, what you HAVE captured is gorgeous!!!!!!!!
