Back to working with meshes, this time rendered natively inside MW rather than rendered elsewhere and composited.
Planet by Calyxa : - slightly modified mats, ambient light and atmosphere - also added nebulae
Sentinels built with Cinema 4D R9.5

cool tweak, like the reflections

The materials really compliment each other really well (terrain vs carriers). The POV also leads the eye nicely along towards the horizon. Nice work Angela :-)

Intersting concept:) May be a bit more complexity in the tubes you use for the stands (legs?:) could help?
